Positive: We stay here for some days and we had a really good time. The wifi connection is good enough for telework.

I have experience a lovely stay. I even extended for one more day at this property. Comfortable & clean. The view is Positive: Near the city, shopping malls, clean and spacious. Very comfortable. Good amenities. I like the King size bed. Very spacious to sleep with our toddler. I love it here. Negative: The elevator that is near the room a bit scary especially during night time. The light of the elevator is too dark & feel a bit scary because of the dimmed light. The parking lights in B1 is also a bit dimmed. I hope the management of the building could take action for a more great experience for the customers convenience. Yet, your place is great though. I also hope in the shower have lights as well because in the shower area is a bit dark for me to shower. So I can see properly. I hope you can consider it in the future to add light in the shower area. For the curtain, I hope there is a sheer curtain as well so during the day customers can open up the curtain to get some sunlight in the room, without the sheer curtain…the sunlight is too bright for the eyes during daylight🥲😅

Appartamento spazioso, un po' datato con alcune cose da sistemare. Di sicuro non va oltre il 7. Positive: L'appartamento è spazioso e ben illuminato da un'ampia vetrata. C'è un angolo cottura comodo, e un bagno nella media. Il soggiorno un divano e TV. Il letto comodo e 4 cuscini. Il tavolino per pranzare é abbastanza spazioso per 2/3 persone. Dispone anche di una grande scrivania dopo appoggiare comodamente gli oggetti. Negative: L'intero stabile é un po' datato con corridoi vecchi con moquette maleodorante. La posizione passabile purtroppo nelle vicinanze una baraccopoli con un degrado pesante. I punti critici dell'appartamento sono gli infissi datati che non isolano il rumore per niente ( si sente tutto dall'esterno ). Il tubo di scarico condensa del climatizzatore perdeva acqua vicino al letto ( abbiamo dovuto sistemarlo alla meno peggio ). In bagno il porta asciugamano quando del tutto staccato dal muro e nelle medesime condizioni anche la ciambella del Wc. La cucina era veramente vuota neppure un rotolo di carta da cucina. Sicuramente con poco si può migliorare.
