Negative: 厨具生锈，热水壶肮脏，冲凉热水器会一直断电，房间插头只有一个。建筑物停车场上车辆下楼设计不好，一直转而且指示牌不够明确。入住时开门锁没电了，幸亏管理员有在别的地方过来换电，要等一下不过这个能理解没问题。
