POOR STANDARD, POOR CLEANINESS STANDARD & POOR MANAGEMENT. Positive: The only thing good about this property was the location. Negative: DON'T BOOK THIS PROPERTY. This place was exaggerated for cleanliness & standard, because it was NOT CLEAN or FIT FOR PURPOSE. The advertised photos must have been taken years ago. The apartment was tired, there was mould on the vanity & in the shower, Soap scum on walls of the shower, stained towels, dirty dish cloth in kitchen, tea-stained mugs, curtain was failing down, found a band-aid plaster on the bedroom wall, tv not working for my whole stay, Wi-Fi not working until my 3rd day of my stay. (I wasted my own data & half a day trying to get the apartment cleaned or moved to another apartment.) Long story short, I was not granted an exchange of apartment or granted any compensation/refund. All these disappointing issues has left a bad impression on what should have been a great trip. I certainly will NOT be wasting money on this apartment again (or any apartment by this management) There are other properties, of similar location for similar cost for which I would consider.

Great in term of property saiz 🫰😁 Positive: many parking provided but the parking fee still using cash only for payment. its quite troublesome for people in hurry coz they didnt have any cash as of now days even pasar mlm also can pay QR or debit/credit card Negative: the Parking Fee only.. other are great nice place .. spacious unit .

we checkin to get some rest and got a room like this is totally make us boiling! Negative: we’re checkin the room at 8pm. firstly, its really difficult to find the door lift. thus, when we enter the room is messy like housekeeping didn’t do their job. the towel hanging in toilet like used after shower and i found a tissue with blood stains in dust bin. thats make us upset and turn off. not only that, the window widely open and the bed is messy. we left the room on the spot n request for refund.

It's good, the owner is quick to response and I think its worth the money Positive: The room is a studio room with a wall in the middle to make two compartments. One of it is kinda like the living room, it has a TV which has access to chromecast (only tried it with Youtube), one two-seated sofa, a small table and a floor mat. It also has a refrigerator and a small cooking area equipped with a stove and an oven. The other compartment is the sleeping area, it has two queen-sized(?) bed [two person]. The beds are very comfortable, even the blankets and pillows too. It also had a washing machine, however no soap was provided so we bought our own. Negative: The soap provided in the toilet is a bit diluted, specifically the body shampoo one. The drain in the shower area is clogged, which I asked the owner to fix but because it was festival season (Hari Raya Aidilfitri), no one was able to come fix it. There's two aircon with two controllers, however only one of it is useable. The TV controller is also slightly hard to use, it wouldn't let me exit the Youtube window or close the TV when I click the power button or the back button, idk maybe its a skill issue. The electric socket is too little, I think there's only 4/5 in total including the ones attached to the appliances (oven, refrigerator, TV, wifi modem). The sofa in the living room has some stain but no weird smell so its ok I guess.
