Negative: A bit disappointed. Check in time is 3pm but i check in around 6pm. After i arrived at the guard i thought can check in but need to ws owner for qr code. After done i thought can check in but owner ask me to check in around 7pm-8pm cause house not yet do the cleaning. They missed out house. I banyak kerja no time to wait so i wait inside until the cleaner come. Luckily they allowed me to check out late.

Positive: Clean room, equipment provided, recommended to bring your friend here, overall okay but big NO too lock pin door Negative: Safety Lock Pin on door feel useless cuz its hard to tap the number, sometimes when i and my friends tap the number it will gone doesn't beeping at all, and i and my friends need to repeat all the time just to go inside the house, waste of time waiting and tapping the number again and again, i ask the owner but feel doesn't help at all, i just doesn't like the security pin at door, if tapping card.. i think it more better

Decent stay Positive: If you are looking for a night to stay, this is good value for money and decent stay. Well furnished, picture showcase is as actual. A 10 mins walk to nearby stores for good food. Negative: The living room would be better with an aircon as the unit gets morning to afternoon sun, warm. There are signs of oldness in the wall of furniture. Things beyond owner control is the lifts slowness (take average 5 mins to get down) and old view outside.
